Shipping Information All artworks are professionally packed in my UK studio using high-quality protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Delivery Rates & Times:
United Kingdom: Free Standard Shipping. Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days.
International: Shipping is available worldwide. Costs are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Delivery typically takes 14–21 working days.
Customs & Duties: For international orders outside the UK, please be aware that your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking: Once your painting is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
2. Returns & Refunds
Our Guarantee I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the artwork does not meet your expectations, I offer a 14-day return policy.
Return Process:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify me of a return.
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds: Once the artwork is received and inspected, a full refund (minus original shipping costs for international orders) will be issued to your original payment method.
