Own Words
My art begins where words end. Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, I have spent over two decades exploring what cannot be spoken — the weight of grief, the electricity of joy, the quiet ache of longing. These are the emotions I paint.
Each canvas is an act of opening. I do not plan what will emerge — I allow myself to feel, and I let that feeling move through the brush, through the layers of paint, through texture and colour, until something true appears on the surface. It is not always comfortable. But it is always honest.
I work primarily in acrylics and mixed media, building my compositions in layers — much like we build ourselves through experience. The richness of texture in my work is intentional: I want you to feel the painting before you understand it. I want it to reach something in you that has no name.
My work explores human emotion, femininity, and the invisible forces that shape who we are. I am drawn to what lies beneath the surface — the strength hidden inside vulnerability, the beauty that lives inside pain, the light that exists precisely because of the darkness.
I paint for the people who feel deeply and are searching for something that reflects their inner world back at them. If one of my paintings stops you — if it makes you breathe differently, if it reminds you of something you thought you had forgotten — then my work is done.
